Our return or exchange policy has 14 days, so once you place your order you have those exact days to report and to send us an e-mail to [email protected]
If the item is damaged please send us a picture.
To fulfill your return or exchange the order, your item must e unused, unwashed and in the exact same condition that you recieved it.
It must also be in the exact same package that you recieved it.
You can try the item of course.
-Any health and personal care item and also dog items can not be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons .
-Any sale or discounted item are considered a FINAL SALE so it is not eligible for exchange or return.
-Soulless is NOT responsible for any transport or costs of the exchanges and refunds and the inicial shippins costs are NOT refunded.
-All packs must be send with a tracking number or else we will not accept it.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Once your order is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the item and if it was accepted.
If it is approved then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
If you havent recieved your refund yet please first check your bank account again, then you can contact your credit card agency, it can take up to 10 days for the refund being officially posted.
Then you can contact your bank because it can take a few days for it to be processed.
If all of that is done and you still havent recieved your refund please send us an email.
Soulless will not refund the initial shippins cost, only the product.

We onle exchange items that are available and in stock on the website.
If the item you want to exchange is not available anymore you can get a different item from the same price category.
